Digital Screen Printing

Direct-to-garment (and other porous surfaces) printing allows you the opportunity to print one-of-a-kind or short-run full color tees, towels, tiles, bags and other textiles, without the cost of screens. This technology shoots ink into fabric at 600 dpi, for durable, vibrant and photographic designs with remarkable detail. Unlike traditional screen printing or heat transfers, the resulting print is soft and smooth to the touch.

Digital is appropriate for small quantities, full color, lots of detail and shading, light colored media, and multiple imprint sizes. There is a nominal set-up cost depending on what is required, an imprint charge based on size and density and the cost of the shirt (or other medium).
In digital printing, the ink is shot into the fabric so it penetrates into the fabric rather than resting on top, and then heat-set. This eco-friendly process is durable.

We are able to print across zippers and pockets, with an image area up to 14”x16”.
